Private and Group Classes

I teach private classes in Thanet and online (wherever in the world you are!). Classes are created for your individual needs, whether you need a restful, restorative session, something more energising or maybe you are working with specific aches/pains/ injury.

I also teach private group classes, corporate classes in person and online and bespoke retreats and events.

A somatic release class with shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, pilates, somatics and body weight training all to a playlist that will make you want to move.
